As part of the offsite, participants embarked on a research journey where they met inspiring individuals: a Wall Street CTO by day and a talented jazz guitarist by night, balancing his passion for music with his career in technology; a director and creator of artistic and marketing content who integrates AI technology into his artwork; a COO at a high-tech company who also performs in an underground theater in New York; and a sustainable urban planning expert and lecturer at Columbia University. Participants engaged in inspiring meetings with the journey’s guests, explored New York City, and delved into the concept of passion as a personal driver for management and leadership.
Establishing Managerial role perception in a collaborative process- Tama Group
A cross-organizational process involving all management levels to shape a managerial role perception from the bottom up, using the Success Analysis methodology. The process identified key success factors for managers, aligning them with the company’s values and future challenges. Throughout the journey, managers conducted interviews within and outside the organization, received feedback from various organizational circles, and defined their personal development focus. The organizational outcome was a leadership model that became a guiding framework for training, developing, promoting, and evaluating managers across the organization.
